CODY'S STAR resumes after a break of nine weeks and disappointed when placing as favourite last start at Rockhampton but must respect a Travis Elson trained dog, hard to go past. BEST YET has won or placed in all races to date and can claim the rails early if outjumps those drawn either side, right in this. DODGEM JET in strong form with two wins from eight attempts this campaign and last start winner at Q1 Lakeside, could threaten. GOLDSTAR HECTOR amongst the placegetters last start running second at Q Straight and has good 19.78 run here, sneaky chance.
