Jumped out abruptly at the start. When placed under pressure in the home straight raced greenly and shifted significantly wider on the track despite the efforts of its rider. A post-race veterinary examination revealed lameness in the near foreleg. Trainer R Heathcote was advised the horse would require a veterinary clearance prior to its next race or trial start.
