When asked to comment on the seemingly improved performance trainer Mr T Miller advised that at the geldings 2 most recent starts it was unable to lead and dictate the pace of the race and as a result raced below his expectations. Mr Miller added that once able to lead today’s event he was not surprised to see far improved performance. Stewards noted the explanation.
