Laid in when placed under pressure in the home straight. Rider reported that her mount was able to obtain a leading position in the event but when placed under pressure, her mount failed to travel in the middle stages and ran to the line in a disappointing manner. Trainer S Kendrick indicated that he was disappointed with the performance of WIN BURN and would discuss with connections the potential of the gelding being sent for a short spell.
