Worked keenly to the barriers. Slow to begin. When asked to comment on the performance rider R Maloney stated the horse did not travel comfortably and was under pressure from the 600 metres and was disappointing from that point. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a poor post-race recovery and signs of heat stress. Trainer D Vandyke was advised OLSEN would be required to satisfactorily trial prior to its next race start.
