Slow to begin. Over-raced in the early stages. Near the 500 meters suffered a bleeding attack, became awkward in its action when racing tightly to the inside of BURGUNDY RULES and was bumped, then blundered resulting in rider Bradley Appo being dislodged. A post-race veterinary examination confirmed the gelding to have bled from both nostrils for the second time. As such ROULETTE will now incur a lifetime ban from racing under AR 79(6). Bradley Appo was advised he would require a medical clearance prior to resuming race riding.
