When asked about disappointing performance, Rdr stated after being marginally slow to begin, gelding settled slightly further back than anticipated-added gelding travelled comfortably throughout, however; when placed under pressure at the entrance to the home straight, failed to respond to riding & was disappointing. Tnr also expressed disappointment in performance, adding gelding had trialled well during week & stable was confident. Undertook to report should anything come to light to explain performance.
