A Allen was examined by the club doctor and cleared to fulfill remaining engagements. When asked to comment on the performance, A Allen stated from the wide barrier draw he elected to restrain in an attempt to obtain a position closer to the rail, adding that ELOQUENTLY did not travel for the majority of the event and raced greenly throughout.
