When asked to comment on the mares performance, jockey J Guthmann-Chester was of the view that the filly did not appreciate todays track conditions in that it was inclined to change strides at various stages and proved very disappointing. A post-race veterinary examination found the filly to be exhibiting mild lameness. Trainers representative was advised that a veterinary certificate would be required prior to the filly next racing.
