At a subsequent inquiry M Savva, rider of MISHANI MISTRESS, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under AR131(a) in that she made insufficient effort to prevent MISHANI MISTRESS shifting in resulting in I AM FEARLESS being taken inwards and having to be checked, which as a consequence resulted in SHEEZASINGA having to be checked.
