RACE 1: BLENNERS TPT / OPAL PACKAGING QTIS MAIDEN PLATE – 900 Metres
 
STABLE INVESTMENT – Delayed the start when proved difficult to load. Trainer K. Allender was advised a warning will be placed on its barrier manners.
 
ROSSA VISTA – Delayed the start when proved difficult to load. Trainer B. Bailey was advised a warning will be placed on its barrier manners. Slow to begin.
 
THUNDER BLAZE – Slow to begin and was hampered by ELLES MY NAME which shifted out.
 
ELLES MY NAME – Shifted out at the start hampering THUNDER BLAZE and continued to shift out bumping FOXY CHEVAL on the hind quarters and as a result was slow into stride. 
 
FOXY CHEVAL – Bumped on the hind quarters on jumping and was unbalanced. Raced wide without cover for the majority of the race.  
 
GRIGIA – Raced wide for the majority of the race.
 
RACE 2: TODD'S TPT / HORTICULTURE INNOVATION CLASS B HANDICAP – 1100 Metres
 
FOR ADELINE – Slow to begin.
 
SWEET ‘N’ ELITE – Began awkwardly.
 
DESARAE DOLL – Raced keenly in the early stages.
 
RACE 3: AUSTRALIA PRODUCE PARTNERS BENCHMARK 65 HANDICAP – 1100 Metres
 
DEVIL’S INN – Delayed the start when refused to load and was declared a late scratching at 2:06pm. On the announcement of correct weight stewards ordered that all bets placed on DEVIL’S INN be refunded with the following deductions to be applicable to all successful bets prior to 2:06pm:

          -1st MCLOVIN 9c win, 10c place
          -2nd IRRESISTABLE FORCE 10c place
          -3rd RACATOON 10c place
 
THIRTEEN UNDER – Delayed the start when proved difficult to load and was very fractious in the barriers. Trainer S. Hoffman was advised the gelding must trial to the satisfaction of stewards prior to it being permitted to race again.

IRRESISTIBLE FORCE – Delayed the start when proved difficult to load and was very fractious in the barriers. Trainer A. Bailey was advised the gelding must trial to the satisfaction of stewards prior to it being permitted to race again. Raced wide without cover for the majority of the race.
 
LUCKY ROLLA – Rider dropped her whip near the 200 metres.

ELLIE’S DREAM – Raced wide without cover for the majority of the race.
 
RACE 4: MACKAYS MARKETING / LINDSAY AUSTRALIA BENCHMARK 55 HANDICAP – 1200 Metres
 
FOO FIGHTER – Delayed the start when proved difficult to load. Trainer N. Wieland was advised a warning would be placed on its barrier manners. Raced wide for the majority of the race.
 
ON THE QUITE – Over-raced in the middle stages.  
 
LASER BEAM – Laid out under pressure in the home straight.
 
Following the running of this race it was established that a member of the public had entered the racetrack and positioned herself close to the inside running rail near the 300 metres. Club staff were advised of this incident and security was immediately notified. No runner had been affected by the actions of this person who was taking footage of the race on her mobile phone. Security was placed in the vicinity to ensure there were no further occurrences of this nature.      
 
RACE 5: AUSTRALIAN BANANA INDUSTRY BENCHMARK 55 HANDICAP – 1200 Metres
 
ACCEPT POWER – Fractious in the barriers and began awkwardly, shifted out bumping heavily with MAJESTIC BLAZE and was slow into stride. Awkwardly placed at the heels of SECRET CYPHER leaving the 300 metres and shifted out abruptly across that runner’s heels.
 
MAJESTIC BLAZE – Bumped heavily on jumping and was slow into stride.
 
SECRET CYPHER – Shifted out at the start bumping with THIRD MASTER.
 
THIRD MASTER – Bumped on jumping. Shifted out under pressure approaching the winning post hampering SWEET CANDY. Jockey W. D’Avila was advised to show greater care.
 
GUAPO – Raced ungenerously in the middle stages.
 
SWEET CANDY – Forced wider approaching the winning post by THIRD MASTER which shifted out under pressure. 
 
RACE 6: TROPICANA BANANA RATINGS BAND 0 - 60 HANDICAP – 1500 Metres
 
LUCKY JIM – Trainer M. Dale advised stewards he neglected to declare 1kg overweight for his jockey by the required time. Stewards noted jockey S. Kaya had been given permission to ride 1 kilogram overweight on the minimum later in the day. Stewards accepted the request, however; trainer M. Dale was nonetheless reprimanded in that he failed to follow the correct procedure in relation to this matter. This was announced to the public via the on-course caller.
 
TOKYO QUEEN – Delayed the start when proved very difficult to load. Trainer K. Allender was advised the mare must pass two consecutive barrier certificates prior to being permitted to race again. A post-race veterinary examination of TOKYO QUEEN identified the presence of blood in both nostrils. TOKYO QUEEN shall not without the permission of the Stewards: (a) for a period of 2 months after the attack of bleeding, be trained, exercised or galloped on a racecourse, recognized training track, private training establishment, or other place; (b) must not start in any race for a period of 3 months, and then only after: i. a gallop of at least 1,000 metres; or ii. an official trial or jump-out; in the presence, and to the satisfaction of a Steward. Ms. Allender advised stewards it is her intention the mare will now be retired from racing.
 
DRAGON SONG – Slow into stride. Momentarily held up for clear running leaving the 300 metres.

SKOGAFOSS – Raced wide in the early stages. 
 
BETTA AL – Laid out under pressure over the concluding stages.
 
DEAL AN ACE – Raced wide for the majority of the race.
 
RACE 7: PREMIER FRESH AUSTRALIA BANANA CUP OPEN HANDICAP – 1400 Metres
 
AMALFI AMORE – Reared high simultaneously as the barriers opened dislodging apprentice S. Pointon. Trainer A. Malliff was advised a warning would be placed on the gelding’s barrier manners. Apprentice S. Pointon was examined by the on course QAS officers and advised stewards of minor bruising to her left foot.   
 
MISTERKIPCHOGE – Reared as the start was effected and lost ground. Trainer K. Allender was advised a warning would be placed on the gelding’s barrier manners.
 
ACCLIMATISE – Bounded in the air and raced ungenerously passing the winning post on the first occasion having to be restrained from heels. Continued to race ungenerously until near the 1000 metres.
 
STADIUM OF LIGHT – Inconvenienced on the turn out of the straight on the first occasion and shifted wider when the riderless horse (AMALFI AMORE) improved to its inside.  Shifted wider leaving the 1000 metres to improve.
