General: With heavy rainfall occurring throughout the day, infrastructure being impacted and the welfare of participants and racing animals in mind, Stewards elected to abandon the race meeting after race one.
In relation to an incident on Friday 24/01/2025, Stewards fined Mr. S. Essery the sum of $250 under GAR156(f)(ii). Acting under the provisions of GAR 174(3) Stewards elected to wholly suspend the fine for a period of 12 months conditional upon no further breaches of this rule. |
