Race 1 - CAPALABA CAR WORLD MAIDEN HEAT 1 MAIDEN 366m

 

3 Tall And Dreamy – Late scratching at 9:20am pursuant to GAR 76(2) with Steward’s permission. The greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

 

6 Big Operator - Late scratching at 11:16am pursuant to GAR 92(2) when the greyhound was found to have an injury during kennelling, the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

 

 

Race 2 - JUST GREYHOUND PHOTOS MAIDEN HEAT 2 MAIDEN 366m

 

8 Cynthia Suttle – A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant injury.

 

Race 3 - WYNNUM HAULAGE NOVICE 366m

 

No matters of concern to Stewards.

 

Race 4 - AMJ ENGINEERING & FABRICATION GRADE 4 366m

 

1 Daintree Blinder – Approaching the winning post appeared awkward in its action and gave ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an abdominal injury. Under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was subsequently stood down from racing 7 days.

 

Race 5 - SWOOSH FINANCE GRADE 5 (1) 366m

 

No matters of concern to Stewards.

 

Race 6 - COM A.V. COMMS AUDIO VISUAL INSTALLS GRADE 5 (2) 366m

 

All clear was delayed to afford the Stewards the opportunity to view the films in relation to a bird on the track, after doing so Stewards were comfortable that no greyhound was effected and all clear was given on the judges numbers.

 

 

Race 7 - RACE REVOLUTION TIMING SYSTEMS GRADE 5 (3) 366m

 

2 Whisky Six – Approximately 100m through the race was severely checked. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant injury.
