Racing Queensland confirms that the race meeting at Oak Park Race Club on Sunday 7 July has officially been abandoned.
The decision to abandon the meeting which was postponed earlier today, Saturday 6 July, and subsequently rescheduled to Sunday 7 July, has been made due to the unavailability of auxiliary (emergency medical) services on the revised date.
Racing Queensland will, as a consequence of the abandonment, liaise with Oak Park RC to establish if there is the potential for the club to secure a replacement race date in the 2019/20 dates schedule.
