QTIS special offer for 2015 and 2016 foals

Racing Queensland and the Queensland Thoroughbred Breeders Association have announced a special offer aimed to ensure more owners can take part in the highly successful QTIS Bonus Scheme.

Owners with eligible two-year-olds that missed the Final QTIS Payment for 2015 foals (due 30 June 2017) – will receive a two-week window to pay the final cost at the original fee of $550.

The window begins on 30 October 2017, and ends at business close on 10 November 2017.

This window also provides the opportunity for the connections of recent purchases at both the Magic Millions Two-Year-Olds in Training Sale and the Inglis Ready to Run Sale to register for the scheme.

Registrations taken during the extension will not be retrospective hence any two-year-olds nominated for the scheme during the window will only be entitled to QTIS bonus prize money from the date they are officially registered.

There will also be a registration extension offer to the owners of current yearlings (2016 foals) which may potentially miss the QTIS first payment deadline of 31 October 2017. This extension will be for the period 1 November 2017, to Friday 10 November 2017.
