Rdr stated mount travelled strongly in e&m stages & passing 800m he shifted out & commenced working forward in accordance with his instructions. Rdr stated he was confident of his mount’s chances app h/turn however when asked to sprint on straightening it failed to respond & was disapp to line. Tnr advised had reached end of prep & would be spelled. P/R vet revealed slow recovery.
