Mr Cook advised Stewards that he did not believe this had adversely effected the performance of the mare therefore Stewards declared correct weight and interviewed Starter J. McIntosch in relation to the matter. Mr McIntosch advised that he inadvertently missed the instruction to remove the gear prior to being loaded in the barriers as this was listed on his starters report.
