Jockey D Smith the rider of TOLKOWSKY pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under AR131(a) in that near the 900m he permitted his mount to shift in when not clear of GENUINE AL forcing that horse in onto TIERRA DEL FUEGO, which was tightened for room and obliged to be checked and clip the heels of GENUINE AL, blunder and lose ground. Jockey D Smith’s license to ride in race was suspended for a period of 10 days to commence midnight 5 August 2022 until midnight 15 August 2022.
