When asked to comment regarding tactics adopted today, Jockey J. Orman stated that it wasn’t his intention to settle so far forward, however when the mare jumped better than expected he elected to settle further forward. When questioned trainer P. Jenkins stated that after discussing tactics with J. Orman he anticipated settling further forward than last start but after jumping well was surprised to see RENOUF settling so far forward.
